This article will walk you through the steps necessary to install the Pages Templates<\/strong> extension for the Phox Template<\/strong> module on your WHMCS server. We will guide you carefully through the whole installation process, so follow the steps below in the order they are listed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About The Extension<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Out of the box, each client-area page only offers the templates that shipped with the Phox theme. The Pages Templates extension adds a library of additional templates hosted on wdes, downloadable on demand into the right page folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Install one and it behaves exactly like a built-in template \u2014 Phox lists, previews, activates and deletes it with no further involvement from the extension. The extension is a delivery mechanism: it does not render templates or change how your client area works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Product Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Below is a list of requirements for the latest product version. Make sure that your server meets all of the requirements below BEFORE<\/strong> you start the installation process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Requires the phox_template<\/strong> module 2.4.4 or later.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Requires an active Phox license assigned to the WHMCS installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Requires IonCube Loader 14 or later.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Supports PHP 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Requires outbound HTTPS access from your server to wdes, so the template library can be listed and downloaded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Requires write permissions on the client-area page template folders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Download Files<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to your client portal account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Navigate to Subscriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Choose the Page Templates product and click on it.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Download the latest version by pressing the \u201cDownload\u201d button on the main product page. \"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Upload Files<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Extract the .zip folder that has been downloaded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Using an FTP client, upload the contents of the extracted pages-templates<\/code> folder to the following directory within your WHMCS installation: WHMCS > Modules > Addons > phox_templates > extensions > ...<\/code> Replace ...<\/code> with the appropriate extension directory.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Make sure that during the upload process all of the files have been uploaded correctly and that no errors occurred.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
