Steps to Deactivate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your WHMCS admin area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to Addons > Phox WHMCS Templates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Open the Extensions<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Find Sensitive Data<\/strong> and click Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Go to the Information<\/strong> Tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Deactivate<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    What Happens to Your Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Deactivating hides the Sensitive Data tab from clients and the panels from staff. Saved entries are not deleted<\/strong>. When you activate the extension again, all existing data is available again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To delete all saved data permanently, use Information > Danger zone<\/strong> on the extension page before<\/strong> deactivating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Important Note<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Deactivating the extension does not reset the licence from the domain it is linked to. To move the extension to a different domain, log in to your client portal, open the product under Subscriptions<\/strong>, and reset the licence from there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
