Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All settings are under Addons > Phox WHMCS Templates > Extensions > Support Hours > Manage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operating Days<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Choose the weekdays each department is on duty. Days you leave unselected show the department as closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working Hours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Set the time slots when the department can be reached on each working day. Clients see the department as online inside these hours and away outside them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Departments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Select which WHMCS support departments display their availability. Departments you do not select show no hours or status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Display Pages<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Choose where the hours appear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Whole client area:<\/strong> hours and status show on every supported page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Selected pages:<\/strong> hours and status show only on the pages you pick.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Time Zone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Select the time zone your hours are displayed in. The same time zone is used to work out the current status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Time Format<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Choose between 12-hour and 24-hour time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Holidays<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Add holidays and planned breaks for each department. Clients are notified in advance, and the department shows as unavailable during the holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Open the Holidays<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Add a new holiday and enter its name and dates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Choose the department it applies to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
