There are two ways you can install the Phox theme. You can choose to install it via FTP, which is what will be outlined in this article, or via WordPress<\/a>. Before you can install Phox, please download the necessary theme files from ThemeForest first. Continue reading below for more information on these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Downloading Phox Theme Files From ThemeForest<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If this is your first time downloading the theme from ThemeForest, we recommend downloading the Full Theme Package to receive additional files such as documentation and the child theme. If you\u2019ve already downloaded the Full Packages, then you can just use the WordPress Installable File.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How To Download The Phox Theme Files<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to ThemeForest<\/a> and log in to your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the upper right corner, hover over your username and click on Downloads<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the Download<\/strong> button. \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on the \u201cAll files & documentation\u201d link<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    How To Install Phox Via FTP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Log into your server installation via FTP. You can use software such as Filezilla<\/a> for this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. If you have downloaded the Full Theme Package from ThemeForest, please unzip the master phox.zip file and then unzip the secondary phox.zip file which will give a phox folder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Upload the extracted phox folder to the wp-content > themes<\/em> folder on the server. Make sure the folder name is -> \u2018phox\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Themes<\/em> and clicking the \u2018Activate\u2019 button, for the Phox theme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Once activated, you will be redirected to our Welcome Screen. You\u2019ll see a prompt to install Phox\u2019s required plugins. Click here<\/a> to learn how to install Phox\u2019s required plugins.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      How To Activate the Theme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. To activate the theme license, click the \u201cActivate Theme<\/strong>\u201d button. You\u2019ll be directed to our license management platform wdes<\/strong><\/a>.\"\" Information: wdes<\/a><\/strong><\/strong> is our license management platform, creating an account on our platform, is necessary to activate and manage your licenses purchased on Envato Market, as well as to receive item support.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. If you already have a Wdes account, log in. If you don\u2019t have a wdes account yet, you can create a new free account: https:\/\/wdes.org<\/a><\/strong> \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. After submitting the registration form, Click on \u201cConnect your account<\/strong>\u201d to add your licenses to your wdes account. \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click \u201cApprove<\/strong>\u201d to give your permission to get the list of purchases of our items. \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. You will be redirected to the wdes site, click \u201cComplete verification<\/strong>\u201d to activate your theme license. \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        Theme Setup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
