This article explains how to install a template from the Template Library and activate it on one of your client-area pages. Make sure the Pages Templates extension is installed and activated first — see the Installation article — otherwise the library will show “Activate the extension to download templates.”
Install A Template
- Log in to the WHMCS admin area on your server.
- Go to “Addons” and then click “Phox Template” in the navigation menu of your WHMCS admin area.
- Select the Pages tab from the list of available tabs.
- Find the page you want to work with in the list and click the “Manage” icon in the last column.
- On the right side of the screen you will see the Template Library panel, listing all of the templates available for that page.
- Choose the template you want and press the “Install” button on its card.
- Wait until the success message is displayed. The template files are now downloaded to your server.
Activate The Template
- Look at the Page Templates section on the left side of the same screen.
- The template you have just installed is now listed there, alongside the templates that shipped with the theme. This confirms it has been downloaded successfully.
- To start using it, press the “Activate” button on that template’s card.
- The template is now active and will be used for that page in your client area.
Repeat the same steps for any other page you want to change. Each page has its own Template Library, so the templates you install are always the ones that belong to the page you are managing.
