Steps to Deactivate

1. Log in to your WHMCS admin area.
2. Go to Addons > Phox WHMCS Templates.
3. Open the Extensions tab.
4. Find Sensitive Data and click Manage.
5. Go to the Information Tab
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Deactivate.

What Happens to Your Data

Deactivating hides the Sensitive Data tab from clients and the panels from staff. Saved entries are not deleted. When you activate the extension again, all existing data is available again.

To delete all saved data permanently, use Information > Danger zone on the extension page before deactivating.

Important Note

Deactivating the extension does not reset the licence from the domain it is linked to. To move the extension to a different domain, log in to your client portal, open the product under Subscriptions, and reset the licence from there.
