Product Requirements

• Phox Templates module 2.4.5 or later
• Phox WHMCS theme active on your client area
• WHMCS 9.0.8 or later
• PHP 8.2 or later, with the sodium extension enabled
• An active licence for the Sensitive Data extension

Before You Start

Check that the new extension version supports your current Phox Templates module version. We also recommend taking a backup of your WHMCS files and database. Your saved entries and settings are kept during the update.

Download Latest Files

1. Log in to your client portal account.
2. Go to Subscriptions.
3. Open the Sensitive Data product.
4. Click the Download button on the product page.

Upload Files

1. Extract the downloaded .zip file.
2. Using FTP, upload the extracted sensitive-data folder to: WHMCS > modules > addons > phox_templates > extensions and replace the existing files.
3. Make sure all files are uploaded without errors.

Clear Cache

1. Clear your browser cache and any server cache (for example, Cloudflare).
2. In the WHMCS admin area, go to Utilities > System > System Cleanup, then click Empty Template Cache.

Your extension is now updated to the latest version.
