How to set up chat platforms for your website.

• Choose the platform – When select the platform, the box will appear to enter the API Key.

Platform API

• currently, we support two platforms [ Tawk, Intercom ]
  • Tawk Chat Link – enter the Direct Chat Link for Tawk.
  • Intercom API – enter the API code for Intercom.

Get Tawk Property ID

After you login to your Tawk account, you will see this page

1 – From the menu go to administration.

2- Click on Chat Widget

3- Copy the Direct Chat Link and past it on the admin panel
